Monthly contract, or per job?
A monthly contract when the system needs someone watching it continuously: patching, backups, monitoring, monthly reports, and an incident line depending on the plan. Per job when it is a one-off migration, a CI/CD build-out, or a single data centre visit to swap hardware: done, handed over, finished, with no ongoing commitment.
Running the system
Administration of Linux and Windows Server, virtualisation and networking; scheduled patching, backup verification, monitoring and monthly reporting. Data centre work — attending in person within Ho Chi Minh City; outside the city we take it per job.
DevOps & cloud
DevOps for software teams: containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), building CI/CD pipelines, configuration managed through GitOps, and administration of AWS and Azure or a hybrid alongside on-premise. Leave keeping the system up to us — your people stay on what they were hired to do.
Incident response
We take the alert, narrow it down and fix it — then write down the root cause so it does not happen again. Out-of-hours cover depends on the operations plan; during working hours, support requests are picked up straight away through the channel agreed in the contract.
