Convenience translation. This is an English rendering of our Personal Data Policy. The Vietnamese version is the authoritative text and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
Native IT Solution (“we”) respects and protects the personal data of visitors to this website and of our customers. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
Last updated: 09/08/2026.
1. Who we are
- Entity: Native IT Solution Company Limited
- Address: 54/7 Nguyen Van Yen, Phu Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Tax code: 0319370566
- Contact for personal data matters: [email protected]
2. What data we collect
When you send the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Your name
- Company name (if you enter one)
- Phone number and/or email address
- Your message and the subject you select
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive personal data — please do not send sensitive information (health, bank accounts, passwords) through the form; if you send it inadvertently, we will delete it when we notice. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.
Our website and services are aimed at businesses and adults; we do not target and do not knowingly collect data from children — if we find we have received such data, we delete it.
Besides what you give us, the website’s security layer automatically records some technical information for information security purposes: IP address, browser and device type, time of access, and requests blocked as suspected attacks. This information is not used to identify individuals, is not used for advertising, and is deleted automatically on the system’s own cycle.
Cookies and data stored in your browser
This website carries no third-party tracking code — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no behavioural measurement tools. Your browser stores exactly one technical item: your light/dark theme preference, kept on your own machine so you do not have to choose again. Login cookies are set only for our own administrator account.
3. What we use the data for
Only to get back to you and prepare a quote for what you asked about. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your separate consent.
4. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent when you choose to send the form, and in order to take pre-contractual steps (quoting, advising) at your request.
5. Where we keep data, and for how long
- Requests you send are delivered to the mailbox [email protected] and kept there so we can deal with them.
- If sending fails, the system holds what you typed for up to 5 minutes so you do not have to retype it, then deletes it automatically.
- The website is backed up automatically every day, and each backup is kept for 14 days before being destroyed. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it from the live system and the mailbox immediately; backups containing that data are destroyed within 14 days at the latest and are not used for any purpose other than disaster recovery.
- We keep contact details for as long as needed to serve your request and follow up afterwards, for at most 24 months from the last exchange, unless accounting law or a contract requires us to keep them longer.
6. Do we share data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone for advertising or commercial purposes.
To run the website and answer your request we use a small number of technical service providers — they process data only on our instructions, and only for the purpose set out in Section 3:
- Google (Google Workspace / Gmail) — sending and storing email arising from the contact form.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — email delivery service.
The website and its database run on our own servers in Vietnam; we do not rent external hosting. Apart from the providers named above, we disclose data only on the lawful request of a competent state authority.
7. Is your data transferred abroad
The website, its database and its backups sit on servers located in Vietnam and managed by us.
Email arising from the contact form is, however, sent and stored through Google and Amazon Web Services, whose infrastructure is located outside Vietnam. To that extent, what you send through the form is transferred abroad solely to carry and store the correspondence between you and us, and for no other purpose.
8. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 (in force from 01/01/2026) and its implementing instruments (Decree 356/2025/ND-CP; previously Decree 13/2023/ND-CP), you have the following rights over your personal data:
- To know what data of yours is being processed, and for what purpose;
- To consent or withhold consent to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time;
- To access your data and request a copy of it;
- To request correction of inaccurate data;
- To request deletion of your personal data;
- To request restriction of processing or to object to processing;
- To lodge a complaint, report a violation, or bring legal proceedings in accordance with the law;
- To claim compensation for actual damage caused by unlawful processing;
- To protect your own rights under civil law and other applicable law.
To exercise any of these rights, please email [email protected]. Given how little data we hold (Section 2), this is usually quick — we respond within 72 hours of receiving a valid request.
9. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We apply reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access, though no system is ever completely secure.
10. If there is a data incident
If we discover that personal data has been accessed without authorisation or exposed, we will notify the specialised personal data protection authority (the Ministry of Public Security) within the period required by law from discovering the breach, and will also notify the people affected, together with the steps taken and advice on protecting themselves, where the incident is likely to put them at risk.
11. Complaints about personal data
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, please raise it with [email protected] — we would rather resolve it directly and as quickly as possible. Contacting us does not affect your right to complain to the specialised personal data protection authority (the Ministry of Public Security) or to bring proceedings before a competent court under the law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
13. Contact
